  Called to have someone come out for an estimate to fix my gate that had ripped off during the spring wind storm. After having to call them again to see if someone was coming out for the estimate, they scheduled to have someone the next day. Individual shows up per scheduled time, measure and assure me that they would email an estimate the next day and that they were willing to fix it. I called two days later to follow up on said promise to send estimate and got the excuse that they were busy and that he would get me the estimate tomorrow... That never came. Poor communication and waste of time with false promises.
